Requirements and verification to become a seller

Requirements

  • Valid email address
  • Completed identity verification (government ID)

Verification Process

  1. Submit ID type (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
  2. Provide full legal name and country
  3. Review within 24–48 hours
  4. Once approved, create listings immediately

Product Listing Rules

Keep your listings compliant and trustworthy

Listing Requirements

  • Products must be legitimate digital subscriptions or services
  • Titles must be clear and accurate (no misleading claims)
  • Descriptions must honestly represent what buyer receives
  • Pricing must be competitive and fair
  • Images/logos should represent the actual service

Prohibited

  • Hacked accounts
  • Stolen credentials
  • Pirated software

Order Fulfillment

Deliver on time and keep communication on-platform

  • Deliver within the promised timeframe (default: 24 hours)
  • Use the platform's messaging system for all communication
  • Do NOT redirect buyers to off-platform transactions
  • If auto-confirm period passes (72 hours) without dispute, order completes automatically

Strike Escalation

Three blocked attempts within 24 hours trigger a temporary messaging lock and route your account to manual trust review.

Moderator Intervention

If review is triggered, chat surfaces show trust-lock status and messaging/payout actions may be limited until checks are completed.

After-Sales SLA Expectations

  • Seller response target: within 24 hours on active disputes/refund threads
  • Platform escalation target: intervention and decision within 48 hours after escalation
  • Non-response can result in account warnings, forced refunds, or payout hold extensions
