Recurring Group-Buy Protection

Group seats need extra protection beyond one-time delivery. These rules apply to recurring sharing groups.

Cycle-based Escrow Protection

For recurring sharing groups, payouts remain protected through the active billing cycle and can be reversed when claims are validated.

Priority Re-subscription

If renewal fails and a seat is lost, affected members receive a priority re-subscription window (target: 72 hours) with same-price protection before normal waitlist order resumes.

Host-Failure Replacement

If a host disappears, we escalate the case, reassign members when possible, or process refunds according to policy.
