For Buyers
ShareMeSub uses an escrow system that holds your payment until you confirm delivery. Funds are only released to the seller after you verify the product works correctly. This ensures you never pay for undelivered or faulty subscriptions.
The warranty period is the time during which the platform provides after-sales protection. During this period, your payment is held by the platform, and you can request a refund if the subscription doesn't work as expected.
You can contact the seller through the Messages section after your order is completed and paid. Go to Messages in the navigation, find your order conversation, and send a message directly to the seller. For protection, off-platform contacts and external payment requests are blocked automatically.
Messages containing off-platform contact details, external payment instructions, or risky links are blocked to protect buyers and sellers. If 3 blocks occur within 24 hours, messaging is temporarily locked for trust review and related payouts can be placed on manual hold. Your chat will show lock status before you send. Keep all communication and payment steps on ShareMeSub.
Our target timeline is: seller/host first response within 24 hours, support triage within 24 hours, platform dispute/refund decision within 48 hours, then refund or replacement execution within 24 hours after decision. Missed deadlines are auto-escalated for admin intervention.
You enter a short grace window to retry payment. If payment still fails, the seat is reopened and recently expired members get a priority same-price re-subscription window before standard waitlist promotion. Enabling waitlist auto-charge helps reclaim the next open seat faster.
If the seller doesn't deliver within the expected timeframe, you'll receive an automatic refund after 48 hours. You can also open a dispute at any time through the Disputes page to escalate the issue to our support team.
Only confirm receipt after you have verified the product works correctly. Go to your order details, test the subscription (login, access content, etc.), and click "Confirm Receipt" once you're satisfied. This releases payment to the seller.
During the warranty period, contact the seller first through Messages to resolve the issue. If the seller doesn't respond or can't resolve it, open a dispute from the order page. Our team will review and process refunds for valid claims.
Buyers pay a 5% platform fee on each purchase. This fee helps maintain our escrow system, buyer protection, and 24/7 support. The fee is clearly shown before checkout.
For Sellers
Sign up for a ShareMeSub account, complete identity verification, and create your first listing. Go to the Sell page, choose your subscription type, set your price, and publish. Your listing will appear in the marketplace once approved.
We require a government-issued ID, your full legal name, and country of residence. This helps protect buyers and ensures a trustworthy marketplace. Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours.
After the buyer confirms delivery, funds are released from escrow to your wallet. The platform holds payment until buyer verification and can apply additional payout holds when trust, fraud, or policy risks are detected.
Off-platform payment and contact solicitation is prohibited. Messages can be blocked automatically, risk events are recorded, and repeated violations can lead to trust review, listing limits, or payout restrictions.
Go to the Wallet page and choose your withdrawal method: bank transfer, mobile money, or crypto. Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days depending on the method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.
Seller tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are based on your sales volume and performance. Higher tiers unlock benefits like lower fees, priority support, and featured placement in the marketplace.
DealShield is our seller protection program that guarantees payment for legitimate sales. If a buyer falsely disputes a valid delivery, DealShield protects your earnings. Eligibility depends on your seller tier and track record.
